The Queen Wolf is a descriptive music score that tells the legend of a small village in Northwestern Spain. This work is based on the Galician legend about the "Raíña Lupa", or "Queen Wolf", a powerful womanthat is said to have ruled centuries ago exercising her tyranny in the lands of Baixa Limia (Ourense, Galicia), until the inhabitants of the small village of Figueirós decide to rebel themselves.
